The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koj scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Atkins doesn't seem bothered though.
Koj slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Atkins closes the distance and pushes Koj back into the cage.
Atkins lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Atkins is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Koj gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
A nice left hand lands by Atkins.
Atkins lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Koj misses with a shot to the kidneys.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Atkins.
Atkins will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Koj up against the cage.
Atkins lands with a short shot to the head.

Atkins wants to take the fight to the mat but Koj manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Atkins keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Koj's efforts to push away.
Atkins lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Koj backwards.

Koj tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Atkins's elbow.
Still in the clinch, Atkins scores with a nice short uppercut.
Oh Koj is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Koj.
Atkins lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Koj has had enough of the clinch but Atkins keeps him there for the moment.
Atkins lands a hook to the side of the head.

Atkins dips a shoulder and cracks Koj with a mighty uppercut! Koj falls back against the cage and Atkins unloads with a barrage of strikes! Koj is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Atkins screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
