Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jason Bloedorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marlon Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Griffin has chosen "Don't Waste My Time" by Jim Johnston as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Griffin gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Griffin looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Bloedorn is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Bloedorn stands up and waves to Griffin to follow him.

Bloedorn closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Griffin to the mat! Griffin manages to get full guard.
Griffin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bloedorn. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bloedorn seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Griffin for as long as he can get away with.

Griffin gets caught flat footed, as Bloedorn shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Bloedorn decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Griffin, up you get!
Bloedorn throws a leg kick but Griffin sees it coming and checks it nicely.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Bloedorn tightens his grip and picks Griffin up, before dumping him to the ground. Griffin manages to land in guard.

Bloedorn drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bloedorn jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bloedorn is pushing down on Griffin's leg trying to pass to half guard. Griffin is fighting to maintain full guard but Bloedorn has managed to sneak the leg through.

Griffin is trying to defend against the choke here but Bloedorn has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Bloedorn Tightens the hold and Griffin taps out furiously! Bloedorn displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
