Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marco Polo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Watt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Polo comes to the cage accompanied by On The Floor. Watt is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Edmund Fitzgerald. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Polo throws a body kick, spinning off balance

Watt gets through Polo's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Polo gets underhooks to prevent Watt's takedown attempt.
Polo has Watt pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Watt manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Polo tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Watt smiles and moves away.

Polo shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Polo was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Watt is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Polo has latched onto it... Big trouble! Polo pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Watt is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Polo!

After winning the bout, Marco Polo thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
