Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Craig Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taneli Hauki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson comes to the cage accompanied by Blood of Heroes!. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson misses with a jab, cross combination.
Hauki misses with a hook. Johnson ducked under it nicely.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Hauki.
Hauki has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Johnson is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Johnson is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Hauki.
It looks like Craig Johnson has been cut.
Johnson misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hauki.
Johnson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Johnson fails to land with a series of punches.
Hauki connects with a nice looking jab.

and Hauki connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Johnson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hauki takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Hauki lands a really nice looking cross but Johnson seems unphased.
Hauki is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Johnson throws a body punch but Hauki moves out of range.
Johnson throws a body shot but no joy.
Hauki lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hauki wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Hauki lands a two punch combo.
Johnson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Johnson swings for the body but Hauki moves out of range.
Hauki lets loose with a powerful body kick. Johnson will feel that in the morning.

Johnson throws a nice looking combination but Hauki bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hauki throws out a counter right but Johnson avoids it with no problem.
Johnson goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Nice body kick there by Hauki.
Johnson is breathing heavily.
Johnson takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Hauki connects with the punch.
Craig Johnson's cut is getting worse.
Nice cross by Hauki.
Johnson is rocked!
Hauki cracks Johnson on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Johnson falls backwards against the cage. Hauki follows up with more strikes that drop Johnson to his knees. Hauki keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Johnson! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Taneli Hauki!
Taneli Hauki was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
