The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kamenov just misses with a punch to the body.
Kamenov misses with a low kick.
Kamenov thuds his shin into the meat of Hoo's side.
Hoo looks for the body kick but Kamenov saw that one coming.
Hoo slips a jab from Kamenov.
Hoo drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Kamenov defends it well.
A nice combination there by Kamenov.
Kamenov lands with a straight right. Hoo didn't see that one coming.
Kamenov's corner calls for a 1-2. Kamenov obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Kamenov tries to score with a low kick but Hoo moves his leg out of the way.
Hoo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Kamenov throws a half hearted mid kick.

Kamenov gets a clinch.

Hoo scores with a shot to the side of Kamenov's head.

Hoo lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kamenov presses Hoo against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Kamenov blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Kamenov tries a body shot but Hoo blocks it.
Hoo tries to work over Kamenov's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Hoo is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

Kamenov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kamenov misses with a low kick as Hoo jumps back.
Kamenov lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Kamenov lands with a straight right. Hoo didn't see that one coming.
Kamenov swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Kamenov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A telegraphed right hand from Kamenov misses the target.
Hoo takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Kamenov bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hoo throws a lazy right hand but Kamenov sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kamenov misses with a looping left.
Kamenov throws the kick towards the body but Hoo avoids it.
Hoo ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Aleksandar Kamenov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Hoo tries to land a front kick but Kamenov steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Kamenov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hoo blocks a leg kick.
Hoo takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Kamenov lands a big right hand that sends Hoo crashing to the mat! Kamenov stays standing though and waves Hoo back to his feet!

Hoo misses with a low kick.
Hoo is still on wobbly legs! Can Kamenov finish him?
Hoo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kamenov was well out of range. Poor timing from Hoo.
Kamenov cracks Hoo with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Hoo tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Kamenov pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Hoo is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Aleksandar Kamenov!
After the fight, Aleksandar Kamenov was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
