Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between William Wooooly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Wates (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wooooly shoots for a takedown but Wates saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Wooooly shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Wates but Wates pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Wates unleashes a big counter combination but Wooooly bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Wates throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Wooooly's waist but Wooooly gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wates off to one side.

Wooooly feints and as Wates raises his hands in defense, Wooooly changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Wooooly decides to stand and escape the position.
Wates defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Wooooly.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Wates! But no joy.
Wooooly really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Wates is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

and Wooooly counters with a nice low kick that buckles Wates's knee momentarily.

Wooooly shoots in and gets a takedown into Wates's guard.
Wates wants to get back to his feet but Wooooly passes into half guard.
Wates really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wooooly. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Wooooly is trying to work for a kimura but Wates is defending well.

Wooooly wants to finish this one by submission but Wates is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Wooooly.

Wooooly moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Wates has worked his arm free - good work by Wates!
Wates wants to control but Wooooly postures up.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Wates gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Wooooly is looking for a kimura here.
Wooooly wants to pass to mount but Wates is defending the position.
Wates avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Wooooly.

Wooooly is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Wates is just riding it out for now. Wooooly eventually gives up the hold.

Wates is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Wooooly has taken his back.

Wooooly looking to break Wates's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Wates remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Wooooly will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Wooooly is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Wates is defending well though. Wooooly let's go of the attempt for now.

Wooooly is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Wates won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Wooooly off his unconscious opponent!
