Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Boris Nedkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boris Nedkov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gracie gets a double leg takedown into Nedkov's guard.

Gracie is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Nedkov controls Gracie momentarily but Gracie frees himself.

Gracie drops back looking for a leg! Nedkov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Nedkov manages to kick Gracie off! Gracie jumps back into Nedkov's guard.

Nedkov has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gracie can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Nedkov is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gracie is refusing to be controlled, as Nedkov sits in half guard.
We've been hearing good reports from Nedkov's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
