The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nozara clobbers Silva with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Silva takes one on the button.
It looks like Sandor Silva has been cut.
Nozara closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Silva did well to prevent Nozara getting side control.
Nozara works his way into full mount!
Silva is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Nozara loads up with a big shot that hurts Silva! He's pulled Nozara in close but Nozara has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Silva survive? More strikes from Nozara and Silva is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
