Hjelmslev's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, I Touch Myself. Hans Gruber has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hjelmslev ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gruber moves away.
Hjelmslev shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Donk. Hjelmslev catches Gruber right on the button with a cross.
Ragnar Hjelmslev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gruber bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Hjelmslev is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Montreal Fighter's Gym (4.5* Sparring) that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Gruber is working Hjelmslev over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That was a close round but I would say that Ragnar Hjelmslev will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Hjelmslev jabs Gruber right on the nose. Gruber blinks but takes it well.
Hjelmslev tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Gruber manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Gruber gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Hjelmslev points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Gruber wakes up just in time to hear Hjelmslev thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
