Rockwell comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Stronger kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilder fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Wilder throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Rockwell takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

It looks like JC Rockwell has been cut.
Wilder will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rockwell takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Rockwell looks gassed!

Wilder shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Wilder has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Rockwell defend it? Wilder steps over the head and cranks it - Rockwell is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Wilder!
