The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Paul Tew and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson looks to land a combination but Sauce avoids it well.
Sauce throws an overhand right that lands on Thompson's shoulder, as Thompson tries to avoid the shot.
Thompson fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Sauce thuds his right hand into Thompson's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Thompson tries to clinch up but Sauce circles away and keeps his distance.
Thompson misses with an attempted mid kick.
Thompson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Sauce is desperately trying to improve his position but Thompson has a good base and remains in mount.
Sauce really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Thompson throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Sauce has his hands clasped together but Thompson breaks the hold and Sauce is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Thompson!
