PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Unkown Assassin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fujimoto Hatsuharu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hatsuharu comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ohh Ahh kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Assassin with that takedown attempt.
No joy there for Hatsuharu , who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hatsuharu throws a head kick but Assassin moves out of range.
Hatsuharu throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Assassin.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Assassin has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Hatsuharu is proving hard to escape from.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Assassin lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Assassin bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hatsuharu 's guard.

Hatsuharu is refusing to be controlled, as Assassin sits in half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Assassin seems to be working for a kimura but Hatsuharu defends the submission attempt.
Assassin is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Fujimoto Hatsuharu comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Hatsuharu has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
