Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Conner Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wee Dee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Conner Stevens!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wee Dee!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dee fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Stevens to the ground. Dee is now in Stevens's guard.
Jeez, both these guys look absolutely knackered already, that's not a good sign!
Stevens is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Dee wants to control from the top but Stevens keeps moving.

Dee drops back looking for a leg! Stevens is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Stevens manages to kick Dee off! Dee jumps back into Stevens's guard.
Dee preventing the sweep.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dee stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Stevens swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Stevens can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Dee controls the pace.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Dee dives in and scores a takedown into Stevens's guard.
Dee looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Dee works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Stevens is defending against the submission attempts here by Dee.

Dee is trying to work for a kimura but Stevens is defending well.

Dee is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Stevens sees it coming and defends easily.
Stevens tries to roll over but Dee keeps him under control.
Stevens is working hard here to advance position.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Stevens trying to control but Dee postures up.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Dee shoots in and gets a takedown into Stevens's guard.
Dee stays in close to Stevens's body and controls the position.
Dee pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Stevens is keeping the position for now.

Wee Dee dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!



Stevens gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Dee to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Dee looking to sit in guard and control but Stevens gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Stevens wants to pass the guard but Dee is keeping the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dee wants to sweep but no luck.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Stevens wants to control from the top but Dee keeps moving.

Dee looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Stevens won't allow Dee to sweep him here.
Stevens is pushing down on Dee's leg trying to pass to half guard. Dee is fighting to maintain full guard but Stevens has managed to sneak the leg through.
Dee has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Stevens throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Stevens is looking to advance position but Dee won't allow it.
Dee trying to control but Stevens postures up.
Stevens wants to free his trapped foot but Dee is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Stevens is looking to take a break and control but Dee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Dee won't allow Stevens to pass to mount.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Stevens wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dee keeps working.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Dee gets the takedown into side control.
Stevens tries to buck Dee off but Dee is having none of it.
Dee working away.

Dee taking a breather here.
Dee is continuing to stall.
Dee's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Stevens is not content to let Dee control the position.

Dee tries for a kimura but Stevens is defending well.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Dee slips a jab and a cross from Stevens.
Wee Dee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stevens scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Wee Dee showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stevens has Dee pulled in close to control his posture.
Stevens is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
