Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rumble Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Helio Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Helio Gracie enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Helio Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Johnson as he jumps to the side.
It looked like Johnson was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Johnson throws a good cross that connects.
Gracie gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Johnson as he avoids it easily.
Johnson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Gracie shoots in looking for a takedown but Johnson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Gracie's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Johnson was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Rumble Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Helio Gracie.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Gracie holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Johnson has had enough of the clinch but Gracie keeps him there for the moment.
Johnson is pressed up against the cage. Gracie has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Johnson down to the mat. Johnson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Gracie tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Johnson defends well and Gracie ends up having to push Johnson into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Johnson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gracie manages to avoid it.
Gracie tries to counter by closing the distance.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gracie.

Despite the aggression on Gracie's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Gracie takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Gracie will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Gracie lands a couple of good shots and Johnson has given up his back, trying to escape the position!

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gracie is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Johnson with him. Johnson is trying to defend but Gracie has an arm under the chin now! Johnson grimaces and is forced to tap out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Helio Gracie!
Helio Gracie looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'I think he is weak man small weak and defeated. Next time I beat him to death.'.
