Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tom Jane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Maer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Danny Maer is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Maer goes for a takedown in the clinch but Jane prevents it.
Jane is trying to force a seperation but Maer has the dominant position.
Jane wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Jane darts in looking for a takedown but Maer gets double underhooks and turns Jane into the cage.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jane accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Maer fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Jane.
Jane shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Maer but Maer pushes him off and we're back to square one.
