PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between King LuhJay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Misho Mahmorluka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mahmorluka shoots in and bounces LuhJay off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Mahmorluka throws an elbow that misses. LuhJay uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Mahmorluka's guard. Nice move by LuhJay!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
LuhJay won't allow Mahmorluka to get back to his feet.
LuhJay pushes down on Mahmorluka's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Mahmorluka tries to roll over but LuhJay keeps him under control.
LuhJay really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Mahmorluka is trying to get back to his feet but LuhJay has full control of the position and if anything, Mahmorluka has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Mahmorluka defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of LuhJay's arms.

LuhJay will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

It looked like LuhJay was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Mahmorluka has had enough of the clinch but LuhJay keeps him there for the moment.

Mahmorluka shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in LuhJay's guard.
