Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ace Edison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Axel Arlovski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Edison kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Wannabee by Spice Girls. Axel Arlovski will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Axel Arlovski!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Paul Gruel and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arlovski shoots in looking for a takedown. Edison tries to sprawl out of it but Arlovski keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Edison manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Arlovski fails with the takedown.
Edison goes for a double leg but Arlovski avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Arlovski continues to drive forward.
Arlovski throws a left and a right that both miss
and Edison counters with a nice double leg into side control. Arlovski won't be happy with that.
Arlovski tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
I would not like to be Arlovski right now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Edison has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Arlovski's body.

Ace Edison made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'Don't waste my time with your pathetic excuses!!! Just get out of my sight!!! And be grateful that I haven't killed you where you stand!!!'.
