The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Charrua needs to keep his hands up - Neadue had a free shot at his head there.
Neadue works the jab nicely.
Charrua shoots in but Neadue avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Neadue lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Neadue lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Horrible takedown attempt by Charrua or perhaps it was just good defense by Neadue, which made it look bad.
Charrua fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Neadue avoids it really well and circles away.
Neadue appears to be looking for a big counter.
Silvan Neadue has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Unknown Charrua.
Charrua dives in for a single leg takedown but Neadue sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Silvan Neadue seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Neadue is looking to clinch but Charrua is avoiding it.

Neadue looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Charrua!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Neadue has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Charrua is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Neadue yanks on the arm and Charrua is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Neadue.
