Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Steven King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Showtime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Showtime has chosen Old Toms Hut as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Showtime decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

King makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
King avoids the head kick by Showtime.
Showtime circles away from the clinch attempt.
Showtime takes a kick to the side of the head.
Showtime keeps the fight on the outside.
Showtime looks to land a combination but King avoids it well.
King lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
King misses with a head kick.
Showtime scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

King clinches up with Showtime and pushes him back against the cage.
King tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Showtime avoids it.
Showtime content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Showtime wants to get back to striking at distance but King won't allow it.
Showtime wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
King blocks a body shot from Showtime.
King lands a knee to the head.
King keeps control of Showtime as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

A head punch on the inside from Showtime fails to land.

King pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
King throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
And Showtime tries to counter it with a takedown but King pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Showtime gets a takedown into half guard.

King makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Showtime works over King's head and body with a nice combination.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
King takes a shot right to the bread basket.
King throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
King is breathing heavily.

Showtime rushes King and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Showtime stalling in the clinch.

King manages to break the clinch.
Showtime throws a right and a left that both miss.

King takes a shot right to the bread basket.
King throws a head kick but Showtime moves out of range.
Showtime circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops King to the canvas! King doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Showtime keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
