The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Putzillini lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Fernando at a distance.
Fernando staying out of range there.
Putzillini misses with a few strikes there.
Putzillini throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A telegraphed right hand from Putzillini misses the target.
Putzillini misses with a straight right.
Fernando dodges the punch combination from Putzillini.
Putzillini clobbers Fernando with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Putzillini tries to bum rush Fernando with a series of wild strikes but Fernando uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Fernando throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Putzillini's waist but Putzillini gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fernando off to one side.
Putzillini looks to land a combination but Fernando avoids it well.

Putzillini stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Putzillini connects with a good right hand that stumbles Fernando. Fernando circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Rocky Putzillini seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Putzillini connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Fernando to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Putzillini!
