The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Ben Hemmingworth and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Henson showed some decent athleticism there.
Henson decides to return to a standing position.
Reid tries to clinch up.
Reid shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Reid slips a nice elbow through Henson's hands, connecting with Henson's forehead.
Henson is rocked!
It looks like Darnell Henson has been cut.
Reid lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Henson quite badly. Henson pulls Reid in close trying to recover. Reid postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Henson on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Henson doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Travwan Reid!
Travwan Reid took to the mic in his post fight interview and said 'to all fighters out there who take me lightly I'm a hunter and I'm on the hunt for your diginity'.
