Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sing Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago Mendes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ali comes to the ring accompanied by Prince Ali - Reprise. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Igor Prikhodko and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ali keeps the fight on the outside.
Ali works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Mendes is looking to clinch but Ali is avoiding it.

Mendes looks to land a combination but Ali avoids it well.
Mendes moves in looking to clinch but Ali pushes him off.

Mendes fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ali manages to avoid it.

Thiago Mendes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ali circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mendes takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Ali drops Mendes with a nice combination! Ali dives into Mendes's guard, looking to finish!

Ali's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Mendes throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Ali escapes and throws Mendes's legs to the side, diving into side control!

The referee stands the fighters back up. Sing Ali just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Mendes takes a jab right on the kisser.
Mendes walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Ali throws out a powerful jab.

Ali is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Mendes can do to turn this around?

Ali connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Mendes! He's out on his feet! Ali rushes in and drops Mendes with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
