The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Landers shoots in and drives through. Veijari sprawls well.
Veijari throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Veijari misses with a takedown attempt
and Landers counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Veijari!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Landers lands a big shot there that rocks Veijari but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Landers postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Veijari badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Landers around the waist but Landers pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Landers is the winner by TKO! Landers jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
