The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

DeGale closes the distance and clinches.

Loveladdy glances at the clock... BAM! DeGale nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Loveladdy crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Loveladdy is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

After winning the bout, James DeGale thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
