The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swinger throws a nice looking combination but Reznik bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Swinger misses with a looping left.
Reznik misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A combination from Reznik does no damage.
A jab from Swinger does it's job there.
It looks like Michal Reznik has been cut.
Swinger staying out of range there.
Reznik takes a swing at Swinger's ribcage but misses.
Reznik throws an overhand right that lands on Swinger's shoulder, as Swinger tries to avoid the shot.

and Reznik counters with a straight right hand.

Swinger had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Reznik is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Swinger Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Reznik's back instead.

Reznik manages to reverse the position and now he's in Swinger's guard. Nice work there by Reznik.

Reznik is looking to improve his position but Swinger isn't that keen on the idea.

Swinger swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Reznik is now in Swinger's guard. A big mistake from Swinger there, giving up the dominant position!
Swinger has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Reznik can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Reznik must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Swinger is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Swinger ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Reznik moves out of range of the strikes.
Swinger takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Swinger closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

and Reznik counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Reznik takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Swinger connects with a looping right hand.
Swinger jabs Reznik right on the nose. Reznik blinks but takes it well.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Trent Swinger will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Trent Swinger is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
The crowd cheers as Swinger lands an impressive looking overhand right. Reznik doesn't seem phased though.
Swinger lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Swinger fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Swinger has control of Reznik's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Reznik regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Reznik is trying to work for a kimura but Swinger is defending well.

Trent Swinger overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Swinger is pressing down on Reznik's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Reznik has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Swinger to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Reznik is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Swinger pulls down on the head and he's put Reznik to sleep! This one is all over!
