Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Eka Tahuna!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hans Tuckich!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Vladimir Khabensky.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tahuna stuffs the takedown attempt from Tuckich. Tuckich gets slowly back to his feet.
Tahuna stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It looks like Hans Tuckich has been cut.
Tuckich misses with a shot to the body
and Tahuna cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Tuckich throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Tahuna counters with a nice low kick that buckles Tuckich's knee momentarily.
Tahuna bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Tuckich checks a leg kick nicely.

Tahuna lands a big head kick that sends Tuckich tumbling to the mat! Tahuna takes a step backwards and waves Tuckich back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Tuckich is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tahuna moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Tuckich is still on wobbly legs! Can Tahuna finish him?
Tuckich takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Tahuna throws a body shot but no joy.

Tahuna feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Tuckich sprawling to the canvas! Tuckich rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Tahuna finish him?!
Tahuna cracks Tuckich with a hook to the temple - Tuckich is on wobbly legs here! Tahuna swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Tuckich falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Tahuna wins by TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Eka Tahuna!
After the fight, Eka Tahuna was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
