The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Campbell moves out of range of the body kick.
Campbell appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Balabbo's coach down at Black Hand Vegas was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Balabbo's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Campbell crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Balabbo - the referee stops the clock and Campbell gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Balabbo. Campbell manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Campbell shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Balabbo's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Balabbo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Campbell. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
