Rude is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Headstones - Long Way to Neverland. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hert throws a right and a left that both miss.
Rude wants to counter the offense by Hert and move into the clinch position.
Hert throws a predictable looking body shot
and Rude counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Rude shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hert but Hert pushes him off and we're back to square one.
A jab from Hert finds it's way through Rude's defenses.
Hert stuns Rude with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Hert darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The fighters are battling for position here. Rude manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Rude has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hert can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Hert is posturing up here but Rude has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Hert tries to roll out but it's too tight and Hert has to tap! Slick submission there by Rude!
