Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Neely (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Neo Kable (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Neely comes into the arena with Cracker - Low blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 38 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Neely!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 32 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Neo Kable!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Chris Edwards and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neely throws a half hearted mid kick.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Neely.
Kable tries to counter with a clinch but Neely shakes him off and moves away.
Neely moves out of range of the strikes.
Kable takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Neely scores with a takedown into Kable's guard.
Neely throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kable works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Kable has Neely pulled in close to control his posture.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kable is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Neely presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Neely scores with a hook to the body.
Kable prevents a body shot from Neely.
Kable tries to land a knee to the head but Neely blocks with his arms.
Kable tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

It looks like Jack Neely has been cut.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Neely.

Neely's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Neely uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kable.
Neely will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Neely looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Neely looks for the body kick but Kable saw that one coming.
Kable ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Neely moves away.
Neely swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
A solid leg kick lands there for Kable.
Neo Kable is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kable fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Oooooh!!! Kable has knocked Neely down with a huge combo! Kable steps away and waves a wobbly Neely back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kable tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A slapping body kick lands there for Neely.
Kable throws a leg kick that misses.

Jack Neely's cut is getting worse.
Neely throws a low kick but Kable avoids it.
Neely is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kable sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Jack Neely seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kable lands a leg kick that knocks Neely off balance momentarily.
Neely steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kable.
Kable looks to land a combination but Neely avoids it well.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Neely. Kable shrugs it off though.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kable scores with the left hand. Neely knows he should have avoided that one.
Neely checks a leg kick.
Neely fires out a quick counter leg kick but Kable just manages to avoid it.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kable lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Neely has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Neely and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Kable throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kable tries a low kick but Neely avoids it.
A head kick misses from Neely.
Kable moves out of range of the strikes.
Neely scores with a jab.
Kable leaves Neely with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Neely. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kable on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Neely misses with a telegraphed body shot

and Kable counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Kable prevents a body shot from Neely.
Neely cracks Kable with a nice body shot.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
A short body shot lands from Kable as the two fighters clinch.
Neely tries to land knees in the clinch but Kable avoids the damage to the body.

Neely gets control of Kable's arms and successfully pulls guard. Neely will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Neely controls Kable momentarily but Kable frees himself.

Neely has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kable can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Neely looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Neely is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kable is aware though and is defending well.

Neely working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kable doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kable manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Neely is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Kable lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Neely is trying to control the position but Kable postures up.
Kable showing good wrestling skills to control the position.

Neely is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kable defends well.
Kable is stalling in the full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Neo Kable dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Jack Neely's cut.
That's time! Back to the action!


Ouch! a nice leg kick from Neely, right into the meat.
Neely stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kable.
Kable lands a jab to the head.
Neely moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Neely finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Kable blocks a head kick by Neely.
Neely tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kable swivels and escapes.
Neely thuds his right hand into Kable's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Neely fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kable manages to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Neely throws a right hand that misses
and Kable counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.


Jack Neely's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Kable lands a two punch combo.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kable walks into a straight right hand from Neely.
Neely misses with an attempted mid kick.

Kable lands a big right hand that sends Neely crashing to the mat! Kable stays standing though and waves Neely back to his feet!


Neely is rocked!


Jeez, Jack Neely's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jack Neely's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Neo Kable!
A very excited looking Neo Kable made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
Jack Neely spoke after the fight, saying 'Shame my mug's looking like Gerry Cheevers face mask, have to start considering sparring duties before calling it a day.'.
