PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Declan Franks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Franks might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Time Bomb by Rancid . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

It looked like Franks wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Franks definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Franks cracks Reynolds with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Franks has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Reynolds to stand back up!

Reynolds closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Franks breaks from the clinch.

Franks drops Reynolds with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Reynolds looks back up at him and smiles so Franks waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

The cut above Ray Reynolds 's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Franks comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Franks lands a brutal uppercut that launches Reynolds off his feet! Reynolds tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
