The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suspiria displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Woods throws out the jab.
A jab from Woods finds it's way through Suspiria's defenses.
Manny Woods seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Suspiria is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Suspiria steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Woods.
Suspiria slips a straight right by Woods.
Suspiria uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Woods.
Woods thows a body shot but no joy.
Woods avoids the head kick by Suspiria.
Woods keeps the fight on the outside.
Woods closes the distance looking to clinch

and Suspiria counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Woods's guard now.

Woods tries to roll over but Suspiria keeps him under control.
Suspiria passes to side control.
Woods tries to buck Suspiria off but Suspiria is having none of it.

Suspiria tries for a kimura but Woods is defending well.
Woods wants to control but Suspiria postures up.

Woods is looking for a sweep. Suspiria is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Suspiria trying to stand up but can't free himself from Woods's guard.
Woods wants to get back to his feet but Suspiria is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
