Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sho Kazuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Batteryus Teho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sho Kazuki!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Batteryus Teho!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Eliza Hachem and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kazuki keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Kazuki throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Teho bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

It looks like Batteryus Teho has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Some wild striking there from Kazuki.
Kazuki's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Kazuki duly obliges.
Kazuki throws a shot from downtown. Teho moves away and avoids it.
Teho takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Kazuki lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Teho sprawling to the canvas. Kazuki follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Teho hang on?

Kazuki wants to work for an arm triangle but Teho is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
