The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mason tries to avoid it but Stevenson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mason to the ground. Mason escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Stevenson shoots for a takedown but Mason saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Mason misses with a wild combination.
Mason throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Stevenson.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Stevenson has eaten all the pies!
Stevenson avoids a punch combination nicely.
Stevenson takes one on the button.
Mason ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Stevenson looks gassed!
Mason ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Mason looks to land a combination. Stevenson sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Mason lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Mason dances in with a quick combination. Stevenson is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Mason snaps Stevenson's head back. Stevenson stumbles backwards against the cage. Mason steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Stevenson's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Stevenson just didn't come prepared.
