The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McGoo shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than McGoo was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
McCallum is looking to reverse the position.

McGoo wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by McCallum, who protects the arm well.

McGoo decides to stand back up. McGoo steps back and let's McCallum get back to his feet.
McGoo shoots in looking for a takedown but McCallum manages to keep the fight standing, pushing McGoo's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

McCallum tries to sprawl but McGoo drives through with a takedown into half guard.
McGoo works his foot free and advances to mount.
McGoo manages to capitalize on a mistake by McCallum to take his back!

That was a close round but I would say that Mike McGoo will probably get the nod.

McCallum cracks McGoo with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! McGoo looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can McCallum finish him?

McGoo moves into range and clinches up with McCallum.
