The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andrews closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Machine Gun quickly recovers to half guard.
Andrews is thwarting Machine Gun's attempts to control the position.
Andrews is looking for a kimura but Machine Gun is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Andrews to get the leverage.
Andrews wants to take a breather but Machine Gun is having none of it.
