Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cortez Hanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Percival Pacaldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hanson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Pacaldo misses with a wild body shot.
Hanson avoids the head kick by Pacaldo.
Pacaldo scores with a nice strike.
Pacaldo works the jab nicely.
Pacaldo throws the left hand but Hanson avoids the punch easily.
Pacaldo lands with a nice body punch.
Pacaldo scores with a hook.

and Hanson counters with a leg kick.
Pacaldo misses with a looping left.
Hanson appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Pacaldo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hanson was covering up waiting for the punch and Pacaldo finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Hanson manages to escape and get back to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Pacaldo has closed the distance and engaged Hanson in a clinch.

Hanson jumps guard and drags Pacaldo to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Pacaldo lands a couple of elbows.
Oh Hanson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pacaldo loads up on a big left hand. Hanson felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Pacaldo looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Hanson can't hide his disappointment, as Pacaldo celebrates the victory.

Percival Pacaldo really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Perkele! logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
