Piotr Hallman struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 186.6lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Bean.
Hallman wants to clinch.
Bean keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Hallman changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bean looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hallman is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bean is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Hallman thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Bean wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Hallman has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Bean's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH!
