Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Krzysztof Ostrowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ostrowski's entrance music is PC Park - Klatka. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Krzysztof Ostrowski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 43 - 45 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Steve Rogers!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Eddie Farnsworth and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Ostrowski, as that shot connected.
Ostrowski lands a head kick!
We've been hearing reports that Ostrowski has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Krzysztof Ostrowski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ostrowski looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Rogers checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Ostrowski drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Rogers's coach down at Nordic Top Team was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Rogers's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Rogers moves into the clinch successfully.
Ostrowski tries to stall but Rogers uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Ostrowski lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Ostrowski changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Rogers fights it off and pushes away nicely.

A short body shot lands from Ostrowski as the two fighters clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Rogers wants to take the fight to the mat but Ostrowski manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Krzysztof Ostrowski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Steve Rogers.
Rogers is trying to drag Ostrowski to the mat but Ostrowski just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Rogers pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

Ostrowski looking for a guillotine here but Rogers defends easily.

Ostrowski has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rogers can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ostrowski working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rogers doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rogers manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Ostrowski is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Rogers is aware though and is defending well.

Ostrowski escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rogers gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Ostrowski working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rogers doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rogers manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Ostrowski is looking to cinch up a triangle. Rogers throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Ostrowski's body to avoid the submission. Ostrowski has instead reached around Rogers's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Ostrowski arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Krzysztof Ostrowski!
A very excited looking Krzysztof Ostrowski rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
