Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tevin Mangrove Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cody Zeller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
13 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tevin Mangrove Jr!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cody Zeller!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paul Aken and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mangrove Jr does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Mangrove Jr throws an overhand right that lands on Zeller's shoulder, as Zeller tries to avoid the shot.
Zeller is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Zeller connects with a single shot there.
Zeller jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Mangrove Jr thows a leg kick but Zeller checks it
and Zeller counters with a three punch combo that has Mangrove Jr backing up. Mangrove Jr nods at Zeller to acknowledge the strikes.
Mangrove Jr throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Zeller avoids the body shot from Mangrove Jr.
Zeller looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Mangrove Jr takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Zeller's coach down at Condor Training was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Zeller's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Cody Zeller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zeller moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
A combination from Mangrove Jr does no damage.
A little jabbing left from Zeller on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
A decent looking cross lands there for Zeller.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Mangrove Jr misses with a jab, cross combination.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Zeller throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Mangrove Jr is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Cody Zeller!
