Hagar tries to keep at a distance but Thompson has taken the fight into the clinch.
Hagar tries to pull guard but Thompson holds him up against the cage and eventually Hagar drops back down to his feet.
Thompson has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Hagar is trying to keep an underhook but Thompson manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Hagar wants to sweep but Thompson has passed to side control!
Hagar bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Thompson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Oh but Hagar is tightening it up a little... Thompson has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Thompson reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Thompson taps out! nice BJJ there by Hagar!
