The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norton uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
It looks like Jay Jay Mutombo has been cut.
Norton throws an off balance right hand
and Mutombo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Mutombo ducks under a wild hook from Norton.
Mutombo misses with a head kick.
Norton connects with a looping right hand.
Mutombo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Norton has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Norton has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Mutombo walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Norton scores with a decent looking hook.

Mutombo gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Norton points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Mutombo wakes up just in time to hear Norton thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
