PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pyro Inferno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abc Bcd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Inferno comes into the arena with outbreak blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Inferno fails in his attempt to clinch.
Bcd tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Bcd tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Inferno defends well and Bcd ends up having to push Inferno into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Inferno fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bcd sprawls well initially but Inferno persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Bcd is trying to stand back up but Inferno is controlling him
Bcd is looking to control Inferno's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bcd avoid being mounted?
Bcd is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Inferno stalling away here and it's allowed Bcd to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bcd is on top in guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bcd wants to stand but Inferno is controlling his posture from full guard.
Bcd passes Inferno's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Bcd is controlling the pace.

Bcd seems to be working for a kimura but Inferno defends the submission attempt.
Inferno tries to get to full guard but Bcd has control of the leg.

Bcd frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Inferno is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Bcd locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Inferno is forced to tap!
