Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Punka Tuka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fred Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Punka Tuka has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Punka Tuka!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Fred Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tuka shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jackson defends it nicely.
Jackson throws a right hand that Tuka ducks under and follows up with a left that Tuka also avoids with ease.
Jackson throws a series of punches but Tuka moves out of range.
Tuka bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Some wild striking there from Jackson.
Jackson throws a hook but Tuka avoids it easily.
Jackson misses with the combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tuka tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jackson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tuka somewhat.
Jackson lands a nice shot to the body.

Tuka shoots in looking for a takedown but Jackson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tuka's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Jackson unleashes a big counter combination but Tuka bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Tuka fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jackson, pushing him back against the cage.
Jackson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tuka walks away with a smile on his face. Jackson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Jackson misses with a jab, cross combination.

Jackson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Jackson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tuka half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Jackson misses with the combination.
Tuka seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Tuka has closed the distance and engaged Jackson in a clinch.
Jackson jumps guard but Tuka stands there with Jackson around his waist. Jackson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Tuka wants to take the fight to the mat but Jackson manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Jackson wants to stand but Tuka has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Tuka is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Tuka has a closed guard, preventing Jackson from standing up.
Jackson prevents Tuka from getting back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fred Jackson dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



Tuka moves into the clinch.
Tuka changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Jackson fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Tuka takes a jab right on the kisser.
Tuka misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Jackson stalks Tuka and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Tuka's face. Tuka staggers backwards, shaken.

Jackson goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Fred Jackson seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Tuka really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

As Tuka backs off Jackson throws a huge counter combo but Tuka manages to avoid it all.

Tuka goes for a takedown in the clinch but Jackson prevents it.
Jackson is pressed up against the cage. Tuka has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jackson down to the mat. Jackson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Nice takedown defense from Jackson. No joy for Tuka on that attempt.

Fred Jackson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Jackson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tuka circles away quickly and effectively.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Tuka is defended easily by Jackson.
A little jabbing left from Jackson on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Fred Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Tuka shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jackson but Jackson pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Tuka throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jackson's waist but Jackson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tuka off to one side.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Tuka throws a leg kick but Jackson moved away.

Fred Jackson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Jackson winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
