Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Opananu Milan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lord Humungus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Humungus has chosen This Life as his entrance music. Opananu Milan could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Lord Humungus's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Chris Saunders and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Humungus avoids the head kick by Milan.
As Milan backs off Humungus throws a huge counter combo but Milan manages to avoid it all.
Milan throws a head kick that misses.
Milan scores with a head kick.
Milan lands a nice shot that snaps Humungus's head back.
Humungus is rocked!
Milan misses with a head kick.
Humungus is still on wobbly legs! Can Milan finish him?
Humungus dives in and grabs Milan's left leg, looking for a takedown. Milan pushes down on Humungus's head and hops out.
Humungus seems to have recovered his senses.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Humungus has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Humungus tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Milan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Milan throws a head kick that misses.
Despite the aggression on Humungus's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Milan lands a head shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Milan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Humungus shoots in looking for a takedown but Milan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Humungus's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Milan, as that shot connected.
Humungus is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Opananu Milan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Milan steps into range and cracks Humungus with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Humungus flops backwards and Milan dives into his guard looking to finish!
Humungus trying to keep a closed guard but Milan is proving a slippery customer.
Humungus working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Milan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Milan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Milan avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Milan decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Humungus, up you get!
Milan ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Humungus tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Humungus drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Milan defends it well.

Milan throws a sloppy head kick and Humungus moves out of range easily.
Humungus shoots in looking for a takedown. Milan tries to sprawl out of it but Humungus keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Milan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Opananu Milan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lord Humungus.
Humungus takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Milan looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Humungus gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Milan counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Milan lands a head kick that stumbles Humungus and the fighters go to the mat.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Milan gets to his feet. Humungus looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Milan circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Humungus drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Milan follows Humungus to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Opananu Milan!
Opananu Milan seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
Lord Humungus was interviewed post fight and said 'We've all lost before....But from here on we do it my way'.
