The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rack drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Gingerson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Rack has Gingerson in his guard.

Rack shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Gingerson defends it nicely.
Rack shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gingerson sprawls well. Gingerson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rack gets slowly back to his feet.

Rack closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Gingerson quickly recovers to half guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Rack thows a huge punch but Gingerson dodges it nicely.

Gingerson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rack swivels though and keeps the full guard.

It looks like Keith Rack has been cut.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Gingerson connects with a nice short shot to Rack's temple.

Rack pushes Gingerson off but Gingerson dives into side control.

Rack shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gingerson pinned against the ropes. Gingerson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Rack gets caught napping as Gingerson dives in and scores a takedown. Rack manages to retain guard.
Rack really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gingerson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
