Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Easy Muthaeffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andres Gatmaitan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Andres Gatmaitan!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Josh West and Colin Fray.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Muthaeffin has closed the distance and engaged Gatmaitan in a clinch.

Muthaeffin's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Muthaeffin gets a clinch.
Muthaeffin has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Gatmaitan avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Muthaeffin will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Gatmaitan up against the cage.
Gatmaitan tries to throw a body punch but Muthaeffin avoids it by throwing Gatmaitan back against the cage.

Muthaeffin can't find room to land a body shot as Gatmaitan controls the action.

Gatmaitan wants to control from the top but Muthaeffin keeps moving.

Muthaeffin is taking a breather. Gatmaitan says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Gatmaitan throws the kick towards the body but Muthaeffin avoids it.

Muthaeffin rushes Gatmaitan and presses him up against the cage.
Gatmaitan tries a knee to the head but Muthaeffin blocks it.
Gatmaitan tries to work over Muthaeffin's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Gatmaitan swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Muthaeffin breaks the clinch.
Gatmaitan tries to clinch but Muthaeffin is having none of it.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Muthaeffin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gatmaitan's waist but Gatmaitan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Muthaeffin off to one side.
Gatmaitan throws a push kick but Muthaeffin slaps the foot to one side.
Andres Gatmaitan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Muthaeffin takes the fight into the clinch.
A knee to the head by Gatmaitan.
Gatmaitan throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Muthaeffin has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Gatmaitan after a bit of a struggle.

Gatmaitan throws a front kick that sends Muthaeffin stumbling back into the cage.
Gatmaitan lands a head kick. Muthaeffin smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Muthaeffin takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Gatmaitan moves in looking to clinch but Muthaeffin pushes him off.
Muthaeffin lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gatmaitan misses with a body kick.
Muthaeffin attempts a counter takedown but Gatmaitan avoids it well and moves away.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
and Muthaeffin holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Muthaeffin on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Gatmaitan pushes Muthaeffin back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Muthaeffin blocks an uppercut.
Muthaeffin tries to pull guard but Gatmaitan won't allow it.
Gatmaitan swings wildly with an uppercut but Muthaeffin uses good head movement to avoid it.
Muthaeffin is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Gatmaitan gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Gatmaitan misses with the head strike.
Gatmaitan lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Muthaeffin backwards.
Muthaeffin blocks an elbow strike.
Gatmaitan lands an elbow inside.

Muthaeffin ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Muthaeffin no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Easy Muthaeffin will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Muthaeffin closes the distance and clinches up with Gatmaitan, looking for a takedown. Muthaeffin pushes Gatmaitan against the cage but Gatmaitan circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Muthaeffin half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Gatmaitan throws a combination. Muthaeffin tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Gatmaitan feints and then cracks Muthaeffin's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Muthaeffin down.

Muthaeffin takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

A decent looking cross lands there for Gatmaitan.
Muthaeffin tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Gatmaitan defends well and Muthaeffin ends up having to push Gatmaitan into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Gatmaitan is fighting off a takedown attempt but Muthaeffin is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Gatmaitan to the mat. Gatmaitan regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
