Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eildon Heap (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mayo Kermode (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kermode has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Eildon Heap has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heap circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jab by Heap.
Kermode misses with a left hand
and Kermode takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Heap moves into the clinch successfully.

Heap drops Kermode with a big knee straight up the middle! Kermode is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

Kermode is rocked!

It looks like Mayo Kermode has been cut.

Heap drops Kermode with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kermode looks back up at him and smiles so Heap waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Kermode is still on wobbly legs! Can Heap finish him?
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kermode walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Heap! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
