Jakiela is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brody has a takedown stuffed.
Jakiela is breathing heavily.
Brody scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Brody digs a good hook to Jakiela's body.
Brody scores with a jab to the body.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Brody!
Brody misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Brody shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Jakiela eats them both and turns towards Brody to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jakiela has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Brody cracks Jakiela's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Jakiela slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Brody can do further damage! This one is done, son!
