Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Joao Miyao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Depilacja Woskiem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Miyao shoots in and gets a takedown into Woskiem's guard.

Miyao got a little sloppy there for a moment and Woskiem has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Miyao has managed to get both his arms back between Woskiem's legs - danger averted.
Miyao controls from within his opponent's guard.
Woskiem wants to control but Miyao passes easily into half guard.
Woskiem is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Miyao with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.

Miyao is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Miyao is looking to advance position but Woskiem won't allow it.
Woskiem tries to roll over but Miyao keeps him under control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Miyao is controlling the pace.
Miyao seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Woskiem for as long as he can get away with.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Woskiem shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Miyao as he avoids it easily.

Miyao looking to score a takedown here. Woskiem is defending well but Miyao drives through and ends up in Woskiem's guard.

Miyao passes Woskiem's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Miyao is looking for a kimura but Woskiem is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Miyao to get the leverage.
Miyao content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Woskiem trying to hold on to Miyao's head to control him but Miyao postures up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Woskiem is looking for a sweep. Miyao is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Miyao content to control rather than advance.
We've been informed that Woskiem has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Woskiem gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Miyao looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Miyao closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Miyao lands in his opponent's guard.
Woskiem is trying to keep Miyao in close.
Joao Miyao overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Woskiem is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Woskiem is trying to control the position but Miyao postures up.

Woskiem seems keen to control Miyao's posture.
Miyao seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Woskiem scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Miyao moves into full guard.
Miyao tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Miyao looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Woskiem is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Miyao has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Woskiem is looking to defend but Miyao has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Woskiem! Miyao pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Woskiem taps out and this one is all over!
