The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kiraly manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Kampamba on his heels. He'll look to pass Kampamba's guard now, I'm sure.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Kiraly is in close to Kampamba's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Kiraly drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kiraly jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Kiraly closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
